Describe the cabin symptom
Is there no airflow, weak airflow, air that stays cold, or a fan that only works at some settings? Tell us what changes between settings and whether the problem affects defrosting.
Mention coolant loss, temperature warnings and recent cooling-system or dashboard work. Similar cabin symptoms can involve different systems.
Separate comfort from an overheating concern
Poor heat together with a temperature warning or coolant loss needs a different discussion from a noisy blower. Do not open a hot cooling-system cap.
If the vehicle overheats or visibility is unsafe, stop safely and follow the owner’s manual rather than driving to reproduce the symptom.
Confirm what can be accessed mobile
Send the vehicle identification and symptoms before arranging service. A blower, cooling issue or internal dashboard component can have very different access requirements.
Some work needs a shop or specialist equipment. Diagnosis should lead to a defined estimate and authorization before a major disassembly or replacement is undertaken.
